How to get rid of Pimples?



Now a days most of the people are suffering from pimples which made their life miserable. They get disheartened and lose their self confidence after trying many solutions. Finally it leads to anxiety and depression which affects their over all career. In order to help you guys we have researched well and came up with these solutions. Most of them keep trying new things in order to get rid of pimples. Problem arises when you try to find solutions without knowing the root cause.
Let us study the causes of pimples, so that we can treat it accordingly. Reasons of getting pimples are as follows:

1.Touching your face with un-cleansed hands:

 People unknowingly touch their face often without washing their hands. They might have used laptops or mobile devices which have bacteria’s on the surface of the keyboards. People who have couple of pimples already, when they touch their face, it affects the mildly infected pimple area and spreads all over the face. This is the common mistake most of them do. So always be careful and wash your hands properly.

2.Eating more oily food from outside or at home:

We need to remember that precautions is better than cure. Nobody wants pimple but they don’t take any precautionary measures. We always get on what we give principle. If you are unaware of the reason why most of them are getting pimples. The main reason is the food we intake. If you keep eating oily food and expect not to get pimples, it is not possible. Avoid oily food.

3.Drinking water :

Most of them are unaware of the advantages of water. Water helps to maintain the balance of your body temperature. It removes all the in toxins from the body. It gives you a clearer skin. Drinking at least 3-4 litres of water is beneficial in order to avoid many diseases.

4. Washing face:

You should wash your face at least 2-3 times a day to keep it clean and un-infected. People with oily skin need to wash their face often at least 4-5 times a day as chances of getting pimples is more in oily skin. So always remind yourself to wash it thoroughly with a mild face wash.

5. Regular exercising:

Pimples occur when there is a blockage of blood in different parts of the body. Blood circulation is necessary to all the parts of the body. So regular exercising pumps the blood throughout the body and helps to be less prone to pimples.
Cardio exercise is the best exercise for pumping blood than the weight lifting exercises and cross fit.

6. Do not burst:

Do not burst the pimple, as it may further increase the infection allowing it to go deeper and makes the pimple turn red in colour and grow in size.
Treatments after getting pimples:

1. Lemon Juice:

Lemon juice is the best way to get rid of pimples. Take 2-3 spoons of fresh lemon juice. Dip a cotton ball in the lemon juice and apply it to the pimple and leave it until it gets dried up for around 15 minutes and wash it with luke warm water.

2. Toothpaste:

Toothpaste has anti bacterial properties. Apply it on the pimple and let it dry. And wash off the face with Luke warm water after 30 minutes. Best time to apply is at night, you can apply and sleep. Let it dry till morning and the wash it off with Luke warm water.

3. Garlic

Garlic has the antioxidant agent and antifungal property. Chop the garlic in to two halves, apply the juice on the pimple and wait till morning and the wash it off with water.
Even after following all the above methods, if still it did not work out for you then consult a skin specialist and take proper medication. Other wise medication is not all necessary. If you take the precautionary measures as we mentioned, it will solve your problem.
