Drink water in sitting position not while you are standing or walking.
Drink water in small sips instead of consuming in one shot.
Before drinking water hold the water in mouth for couple of seconds and then drink.
Do not drink water immediately after eating, drink after half an hour.
Do not drink more water while sleeping.
Drink normal water.
Do not drink hot or ice water.
Do not drink water immediately after having hot items such as soup, coffee or tea.
Always drink water before urinating not after.
Try to drink alkaline water in the morning by adding lemon juice to the warm water.
Drink atleast 3-4 litres of water everyday.
