How to drink water?



  • Drink water in sitting position not while you are standing or walking.
  • Drink water in small sips instead of consuming in one shot.
  • Before drinking water hold the water in mouth for couple of seconds and then drink.
  • Do not drink water immediately after eating, drink after half an hour.
  • Do not drink more water while sleeping.
  • Drink normal water.
  • Do not drink hot or ice water.
  • Do not drink water immediately after having hot items such as soup, coffee or tea.
  • Always drink water before urinating not after.
  • Try to drink alkaline water in the morning by adding lemon juice to the warm water.
  • Drink atleast 3-4 litres of water everyday.
