How to stimulate Happy hormones?

Basically there are 4 types of horomones that make you happy. They are Dopamine, Endorphins, Oxytocin and Serotonin.
Dopamine: This is a feel good neurotransmitter which drives your brain’s reward system.
To stimulate Dopamine hormone
  1. Listen to instrumental music or songs
  2. Get a good night’s sleep.
  3. Complete a small task.
  4. Eat a sweet.
Endorphins: This is the natural pain killer of brain, which reduces stress by decreasing cortisol level and increases pleasure.
To stimulate Endorphins:
  1. Workout or do some exercises such as yoga.
  2. Watch comedy shows or movies.
  3. Massage with essential oil.
  4. Eat dark chocolate.
Oxytocin: This is a bonding hormone, which is released when we feel connected to people.
To stimulate Oxytocin:
  1. Give a Shake hand.
  2. Give a hug.
  3. Pet your dog or cat.
  4. Help others.
Serotonin: This hormone is a mood stabilizer, which reduces stress and anxiety.
To stimulate Serotonin:
  1. Take sun bath.
  2. Practice meditation.
  3. Go for a walk.
  4. Do some cardio.
  5. Deep breathing exercises.
