- Drink water in sitting position not while you are standing or walking.
- Drink water in small sips instead of consuming in one shot.
- Before drinking water hold the water in mouth for couple of seconds and then drink.
- Do not drink water immediately after eating, drink after half an hour.
- Do not drink more water while sleeping.
- Drink normal water.
- Do not drink hot or ice water.
- Do not drink water immediately after having hot items such as soup, coffee or tea.
- Always drink water before urinating not after.
- Try to drink alkaline water in the morning by adding lemon juice to the warm water.
- Drink atleast 3-4 litres of water everyday.
